This specialization is for salespeople at any stage of their career, whether they are just starting out in a sales job or are currently running a sales department. It consists of four courses starting from Selling Smarter to examining the customer’s contact points.
In the Selling Smart course, we will review the basic idea of what a salesperson is, what are the tasks of a salesperson, how to become a successful salesperson, and finally, we will talk about the nature of the work of a salesperson in general.
We will also talk about the personality traits that you must have, such as maintaining a professional and decent appearance and adopting ideas and concepts that require additional effort to be acquired, such as the platinum rule in dealing. In the customer service course, we will start by defining the concept of customer service, and what are the customer service skills that can make your service distinct from others. We will also look at the impact of customer care and the company, and how a customer service representative can build a strong customer relationship through the strategies we discuss in this course and what benefits they will bring to you.
Finally, in the last course, we will discuss the customer's journey by mapping the customer's journey path for all his interactions with the company, starting from his request for a specific service or product until he obtains that service or product. Regardless of your current position, this specialization will give you a new perspective on what it means to be a successful sales representative.
