In the first course, we will cover many topics that every project manager will need in their career life. We will start the course with a simple introduction to project management in general, and the necessary steps for project management in particular. Learners will be able to learn what project management is, what a project is, and what a project is in general, as well as the basic steps of project management.
They will also learn about the knowledge framework for project management, including the knowledge areas of project management and project management process groups.
The difference between project and operations, how to start a project and what are the most important elements in this phase will be explained. The course will contain detailed and clear steps for all the skills and tools the learner will need to get started on the project management journey within companies or individually.
The term stakeholders will also be reviewed to understand their importance and impact on the project. The student will also be familiar with project management and project management terminology, understand the framework of the project work environment, and will also learn about project management knowledge areas and the main and sub-project management process groups.
The student will also be able to clarify the difference between the different levels of project management in organizations, the importance of different project constraints, and the steps needed to manage projects. It will also highlight how the project manager should engage with the various stakeholders of the project and develop and write the project charter.
