Child Growth and Development Course

About the programme
This course contains four main units that are aimed to improve parents' awareness about the child's cognition and development in the early childhood years, in order to help them raise healthy children.
In each unit will focus about an entire year from birth into the year four, in the "The Preparation Year" we will talk about the primitive tests and the needed records for the child in his first year. Then in the second unit called "The Year of Exploration and Motor Improvement," we will discuss the correlation between motor skills and the child's cognitive and language development.
The third-year is "The Year of Language Explosion" as the language will be expanded to be the major domain that is reflecting the child's cognitive performance. The last unit under the title of "The Year of Enormous Knowledge" will be centred on the pre-academic skills and the social use of language, and how to prepare the child to be enrolled into the kindergarten.
The Child Development Course will help parents arrange home-based activities that are aiming to build up their children's skills and entertain them in their free time. We should mention that the course is free of charge, in order to improve community awareness about early childhood milestones and prepare parents to deal with the preschoolers.
