About the programme

In this module, you'll learn what workflow automation actually is — and then build your first one live. We'll start with what a trigger and an action are and which tasks in your week are worth automating, then plan, build, test and troubleshoot a real automation together.

This module is divided into 3 parts, with a mix of short videos, hands-on activities and quick checks along the way.

We recommend that you complete Modules 1–3 in this AI Fundamentals series before moving to this module.
