About the programme

AI fluency is becoming as basic a workplace skill as email. This module gives you the vocabulary to talk about AI clearly: what it actually is, how it works at a high level, and where the myths get in the way.

This module is divided into 3 parts, with a mix of short videos and interactive activities along the way.

Part 1: What is AI and why does it matter?

Part 2: The AI ecosystem, and LLM vs. wrapper

Part 3: The main models, and the myths

No prior AI experience needed.
