Many workplaces require forklifts to move heavy objects in an efficient and safe manner. This course will teach you the operating mechanisms of various forklift types, safety considerations for the forklift operator and vehicle inspection procedures. You'll learn how to identify hazards in the workplace, assess the risks associated with them and the necessary safety precautions to minimize accidents in the workplace.
