Lynx Educate is a social impact platform that helps people find learning opportunities and career support. Through Lynx, you can join the IBM SkillsBuild programme and receive one-on-one career coaching.

You can choose to take an unlimited number of available short courses and digital credentials. Courses are fully self-paced, and accessible via mobile phone and computer. Courses are available in several languages, including: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Polish, Italian*

A digital credential is a certificate you earn by finishing certain courses. You can add it to your CV or LinkedIn to show employers your new skills.
