Lynx Educate is a platform that aggregates the training offering for the Deliveroo Academy, and provides advising support to participants. You will find all the learning programmes available to you through the Deliveroo Rider Academy powered by Lynx. If you have any questions about your learning programmes or your eligibility, you can contact them.

You can validate your eligibility through the platform with your Rider ID. All active riders have access to the online short course catalogue on the menu on the left. This catalog is also open to family members and substitutes. Higher qualification certificates are accessible by application for a subset of eligible riders. Take a look at your left menu to discover the content you can access.

As a rider partner of Deliveroo, you can access 3 types of training : 
  • Online Short Courses
  • Languages courses
  • There are also a small volume of riders who can apply for higher qualification certificates.

The courses offered through the Academy last on average 3 months, ranging from 1 hour up to several months. Their length varies depending on the programme. You can see the details of each one in the programme catalogue on the menu on the left. 

You can follow online short courses with a smartphone or a laptop connected to the internet.

In the online short courses catalog, you will access courses in English, French, Italian, Arabic, and Urdu.

Yes! In eligible markets, your family member/substitute can learn with the Deliveroo Academy. However, note that each Rider ID may only be used to activate one learning account.

That means you must choose either to activate an account for yourself or give your access to a family member/substitute.

IBM SkillsBuild courses are online learning programmes hosted by IBM to help you develop valuable digital and professional skills. They cover topics such as AI, data, cybersecurity, and workplace readiness.

If you complete an IBM SkillsBuild course marked Digital Credential, you’ll earn an industry-recognised IBM SkillsBuild badge that you can add to your CV and share on LinkedIn.

You can access IBM SkillsBuild courses directly through the Lynx platform in the Short Courses section of the catalogue.
